About Lori Schermers, RD

Lori Schermers is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 35 years of experience helping individuals build healthier relationships with food and their bodies. She combines evidence-based nutrition counseling with a mindfulness-based coaching approach, guiding clients through self-compassion, practical meal strategies, and lifestyle support.

Her experience includes roles at Holland Hospital, ClearWater Counseling & Wellness, and Grand Valley State University, as well as teaching mindful eating classes at the Grand Rapids Center for Mindfulness.
