Our Concierge Medicine Model is an all-inclusive primary care model designed to specifically meet the needs of our patients. Members pay an annual fee and all office visits with Dr. Birkholz are included.
Our visits range from 60 minutes+ for more complex needs or annual wellness physicals, and 30 minutes for follow-up appointments. Patients benefit from the “one stop shop” experience of a primary care trained physician with additional Women’s Health and Gynecology training. In addition, patients can reach Dr. Birkholz for emergency issues after office hours by either calling or texting her personal cell phone, or by email with non-urgent questions.
